Trainers Fitness Academy (TFA) was founded in 2022 with a clear vision to educate, certify, and empower individuals aspiring to build a successful career in the Fitness and Sports Industry.

Located in New Moti Nagar, New Delhi, TFA delivers comprehensive theoretical and practical training in exercise science and modern fitness techniques.

TFA offers a wide range of national and international certifications, including Diploma in Personal Training (DPT), ACE–CPT, Certified Personal Trainer, Advanced Sports Nutrition, First Aid & CPR, and more.

Our trainers and coaches apply evidence-based scientific knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics to ensure injury prevention, safe training practices, and the promotion of a healthy and active lifestyle.
